save me o lord

Eternal redemption is very important to me, it is something I desired all of my life.  God makes the rules and we must abide with what He says, He won’t alter it for anyone.  When you submit to the laws of God you will always know where you stand.  Folks who find God’s laws too restrictive will tend to “invent” loop holes that allow for their flesh to have gratification.  A lot of people want God and they want some “worldly pleasure”, so they incorporate the two and call it good.  Salvation is very important to me so I invite my Lord to judge me often.  If I’m out of His will I want to know now, not when I stand before Him on judgement day.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 Do not be deceived, all fornicators, homosexuals, adulterers, thieves, drunks and the rebellious will ever obtain the Kingdom of God.

God requires all men to repent of their sins and ask His Son Jesus to be their Savior. Honest men have no problem doing what the Lord expects of them, they know they have sinned and they need a Savior.  I personally do not believe that every person who says the sinners prayer is saved!  The confession is not enough, we must believe in our hearts.  The person who is sincere and believes in their heart will demonstrate this conversion in their life.  A person who confesses to be a believer should never have to prove it, their light should be on bright every day.  Jesus said men would know us by our fruits, we cannot conceal our true identity for very long.

Titus 1:16 Some profess that they know God; but in works (deeds) they deny Him, being disobedient and unto every good work reprobates.

Repeating a prayer they heard is not enough evidence of redemption, we must become who we confess to be.  No one has to prove their Christianity to me, it’s their Heavenly Father that wants proof.  We have an overflow of ministers who are telling God’s people they can engage in sin without consequence because of the grace factor. These ministers will be judged for their error and so will those that believe them.  We all have an obligation to find the truth for ourselves.  Jesus said: See to it that no man deceive you.  Jesus knows the truth.  He is the truth and He will reveal it to whosoever wants it, but not to those who don’t want it.  Jesus said the folks who hold fact to the truth will be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived, God will not be mocked: a man’s harvest in life will depend entirely on what he sows.

Anyone can fool another man but no one will make a fool of God even though they think they found a “loop hole”.  To think one can manipulate God has to be the epitome of arrogance.  I think a lot of Christians spend way too much time trying to bend God’s mind to their way of thinking.  It will never happen, they should surrender their life to Him and accept the life He died to give them.  God sent Jesus to save us, the plan of our salvation is His plan, there will never be another.

1 Peter 4:18 If the righteous are barely saved, where will the ungodly and the sinner appear.

God would have all men to be saved but He will not compromise His rules for any man.  We must be citizens of honor and respect the Master’s laws and ways.  He and He alone has Words of eternal life.

OFFERING DECLARATIONJust like the women who helped Jesus, I too can be like them.
God will receive my offerings and use them to build His church.
What He did for them, He will do more for me.
I don’t give donations, rather I sow seed and I will reap a harvest, so help me God.
