Grace does not come to an end after it saves you from your sins and your evil nature. God’s grace continues to work in your life, changing you and your desires. Where does this life changing grace come from and how do we access it?
Acts 20:24 That which I received of the Lord to testify of the Gospel of the grace of God.
God’s Word is Spirit, it’s alive with the grace of God. The Word has the power to change those who hear and do it. When a person accepts Christ as his Savior, he becomes a new creature, but you may not recognize it for awhile. Every convert needs a supply of grace to conform to the image of God’s dear Son. The best place to have this kind of grace should be the local church. The uncompromising Word of God is full of grace, but some churches water down the word to appeal to marginal Christians.
Jude 1: 4 Some ungodly preachers have wormed their way into your churches, saying that God’s grace allows us to live immoral lives.
This doctrine has been circulating through the Body of Christ for quite some time now. This doctrine has enabled churches to be filled with people who lay claim to the title of “Christian”. But their fruits reveal a completely different brand of believer. They have taken the revelation of grace and are using it to protect them from God’s judgment. They are only deceiving themselves and there is an abundance of preachers supporting them.
Grace does not protect you from sin, it empowers you to resist it.
I must question these folks about their seriousness about God and His Word? Christianity is not a game. It’s a matter of eternal life or eternal hell. Too many preachers are too eager to excuse the behavior of people bent on destroying their lives.
2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears.
According to this prophetic word, there will be an abundance of teachers willing to give people what they want to hear. Some folks want God, a church and people who will accept their lusts of the flesh. They want God on their terms and they don’t want to change. If you speak the truth to these people in love, you will be accused of judging them. In other words, “We are just fine, mind your own business, you and God leave us alone.”
God has given us some wonderful blessings to be the best we can be and to honor His blood sacrifice. If we neglect or misuse these provisions, we will only harm and deprive ourselves of His supernatural power. God’s Word is your lifeline to His blessings. Don’t ever compromise His way of doing things. A personal relationship with Jesus is a terrible thing to waste.
I am in the Kingdom of God, and the Kingdom has spiritual laws.
When I give good things, I will also reap good things.
I pray for the people in the Asylum, they don’t understand God’s laws, they don’t even understand God.
The truth separates us, the truth connects us to our Father who art in Heaven.
