get your house in order

For the past year and a half Kenneth Copeland has been speaking the prophetic Word of God, that word: Get your house in order.  Brother Copeland made it clear the Lord is not talking about a mass die off in the body of Christ.  He is talking about cleaning our house in order for the Holy Spirit to indwell us and flow out with all the gifts of the Spirit. 
 
Ephesians 4:11-12 The Lord gave some Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers: For the perfecting (maturing, equipping) of the saints to do the work of the ministry.
 
The Lord gave five ministry gifts to the church, unfortunately the church at large only accepts a couple of the gifts.  Some don’t believe in the office of apostle, the prophet nor the evangelist.  These folks will never fully mature or be equipped for any kind of Holy Ghost ministry.  People who want to be used of God will do whatsoever He tells them to do.
 
1 Thessalonians 4:1 Brethren we have taught you how you ought to walk and please God, if you will do this you will abound more and more.

If we want to abound or prosper in the promises of God, we must be willing to obey, we must get our house in order.  What has the devil done to impede the present day move of the Holy Spirit?  He has convinced church leaders that under the guise of love they should embrace the sinner and not speak of repentance.  Some pastors are performing same-sex marriage and some teach that there is no hell.  Paul warned the church that some did not heed his warning: Paul said many would depart from the faith giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils.  One thing is certain, the supernatural power of God will not manifest in these churches.  They have no desire, no reason to get their house in order.
 
2 Corinthians 4:6-7 God gave us a revelation of the knowledge of the glory of Jesus Christ.  We have this treasure in earthen vessels.

God has put His glory within us, that is His supernatural power wanting to manifest itself.  There is no human way for us to conjure up this hidden treasure, it can only come from our Lord.  It’s God’s power so we must conform to His terms and his demands, a house worthy of His presence.  This is not a game, there is no other option, either we clean house or we don’t.  Some folks are bound and determined to be a part of God’s end time plan, while others have no interest in what He is doing.  So how do we get started?  How do we move the hand of God?
 
Mark 16:20 The believers went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with and confirming the Word with signs and wonders.
 
If it’s His Word, it’s His will and He will continue what He gives us to speak.  If it’s not His Word, He will ignore it. He has nothing to do with the doctrine of men.  What we speak and say concerning the Word of God is the evidence of our commitment.  Christians who are out to please the Lord are very picky about what they say.  Get your house in order, God needs a launching pad from which to release His power as a witness to the world.
