When You Goin' Up?

1/11/2016

Many years ago I was praying in the Holy Spirit and when I paused the Lord spoke to me. “Ask Me who’s going in the rapture”! So I asked Him and His reply was  “Christians”. I was moved to ask Him if all Christians are going. His reply was “No”! Only those who are willing to go will go. When I shared this revelation with the church some of the members were not happy. Come to find out, they were out dabbling in the world and came under conviction. I was compelled to study my Bible more intently. If God speaks something you can always find chapter and verse.

Matthew 24:44
Be ready: for in such an hour as you think not the Son of Man will come.

If you look up the word, ready in the 1828 Webster Dictionary, one of it’s definitions is willing. A person who is willing to go will remain in a constant state of contact with their Lord. After the Lord showed this to me, I read a book by Hilton Sutton. The title of his book was Get Right or Get Left.  He said if one is not right with God, he could miss the first rapture. The second rapture takes place three and half years into the tribulation period. This subject is not debatable. If you want to go be with Jesus forever, you will. If you want to meddle in the world, you are playing high stakes poker and bluffing won’t work.

    OFFERING DECLARATION
Jesus Redeemed me from the curse, no poverty, no lack in my house.

Wealth and riches in my home, the devil is rebuked for my sake.

Father daily loads me with benefits, He takes pleasure in my increase.

    I love being redeemed,
and I give my Lord all the glory.

    PRAYER FOCUS
    TAKING INVENTORY

We are about to embark on the greatest adventure and outpouring of God’s Spirit! This month the Holy Spirit is asking us to examine ourselves/take           inventory so as God’s Vessels we can take our part and place in the Body of Christ!

    Scriptures to meditate on:

Hebrews 12:1 Therefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily besets us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.

Psalm 26:4 Lord you can scrutinize me. Refine my heart and probe my every thought. Put me to the test and you will find it is true.

2 Cor 10:6 It is written, and having a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

1 Peter 4:17 For judgement begins at the household of God; and if it begins with us, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God?

Psalm 139: 23, 24 Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me of unbelief and lead me in the way everlasting.

2 Timothy 2:4 No soldier when in service gets entangled in the enterprises of (civilian) life: his aim is to satisfy and please the one who enlisted him (God)! DO ALL FOR THE GLORY OF GOD!
