The birth of Messiah was to bring peace on earth but we have more wars than peace. The peace Christ would bring was between Him and man, not between men.
James 4:1 From where do wars and brawls come from? Do they not come from your lusts that war in your fleshly members.
What is the Holy Spirit insinuating here? We are having issues with human conflict and we don’t know why, we think it’s standard operating procedure. The devil is feeding our lusts and we like it until it’s time to pay for our error. Wars and brawling have consequence, the devil leads us into temptation and then leaves us holding the bag.
James 4:7 Submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
How does one submit to God? They agree to do whatever He says to do. We have two different spirits from which to choose to obey. We can obey the Holy Spirit or the devil, one will bless us and one will impart a curse. It’s important to recognize the devil so you can ignore him. It’s more important to recognize God so you can stay connected to Him.
When you are in a committed relationship with the Lord you will have peace on earth with Him.

I bring the Lord’s tithe in the storehouse,
this is where I’m being fed.
Now bless the seed I sow,
multiply the seed that I give.
I will have no lack in my life,
because you rebuke the seed eaters for me.
Thank You Lord for my storehouse,
and thank you for a place to sow.
Bless my storehouse with provision,
and bless our house with the people that belong here.
