Heaven

Dr. Gary Wood died in an automobile accident and went to heaven. He was eighteen years old and a born-again Christian. He left his body in the automobile and was taken directly into Heaven. The first person he met was his friend John who had died previously. John was assigned to show his friend Gary around in Heaven. John took Gary into a large building called “unclaimed blessings.” It was full of body parts, legs, arms, eyes, etc. when someone prayed and asked for a healing, an Angel would go into that room and gather the needed part. He would take the body part to Jesus and Jesus would grant the petition. He would then come to earth to install the body part, but some folks would not believe for the part. The Angel had no choice but to return it to the building called “unclaimed blessings.”

Mark 11:23 If you do not doubt in your heart, but shall believe that those things which he says shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he says.

Gary watched as the Angels took body parts to the earth and some returned with the parts. But he watched some people raise their hands to the Lord and say “I believe, I receive.”  All these folks got their body parts and Heaven rejoiced that the Angel returned with no parts to return to the building. Gary was then led into the presence of Jesus and when he saw Him, he fell at His feet. He could see the nail scars in His feet and he felt the nail-scarred hands of Jesus lift him up. Jesus held him like a child and Gary never felt so much love in his life. He said Jesus had the most beautiful blue eyes he had ever seen. He told Gary  that he was worthy to stand before Him because of the Blood of the Lamb. Jesus had a beauty and a presence that he could not put into human words.

Ephesians 1:6 So we praise God for the glorious grace He has poured out on us who belong to His dear Son.

As I read Gary’s testimony, I was made to understand that the love Jesus showed Gary is upon us right now. We don’t have to wait to go to Heaven to know His love, we are His beloved. If you believe this and accept it, your whole life can be effected in a supernatural way. Take the time to comprehend what I am saying. Despite all the sins we wracked up Jesus loves us with all His heart. He is willing to forgive every sin and trespass and wipe it from His memory, just to have a relationship with us.

Everyone wants to go to
Heaven, but no one wants to die.

Let’s be honest with ourselves, no one is looking forward to the process of dying. When we die we leave our bodies and immediately go to Heaven where we will meet Jesus. Armed with this knowledge, it makes the end of our life here on earth, less fearful. Jesus wants us to live long and to prosper. My aunt is a hundred and three, she knows her days are numbered. She does not want to stay here any longer. Commit to finishing your course and then you will have your reward. You will be welcomed into the arms of your Savior.

    PRAYER FOCUS
    TAKING INVENTORY

We are about to embark on the greatest adventure and outpouring of God’s Spirit! This month the Holy Spirit is asking us to examine ourselves/take           inventory so as God’s Vessels we can take our part and place in the Body of Christ!

    Scriptures to meditate on:

Hebrews 12:1 Therefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily besets us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.

Psalm 26:4 Lord you can scrutinize me. Refine my heart and probe my every thought. Put me to the test and you will find it is true.

2 Cor 10:6 It is written, and having a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

1 Peter 4:17 For judgement begins at the household of God; and if it begins with us, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God?

Psalm 139: 23, 24 Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me of unbelief and lead me in the way everlasting.

2 Timothy 2:4 No soldier when in service gets entangled in the enterprises of (civilian) life: his aim is to satisfy and please the one who enlisted him (God)! DO ALL FOR THE GLORY OF GOD!
