to life

and the word became flesh

Everything we can see, touch, smell, taste or hear pre-existed as Word. God spoke it and it was. He created our world and then He gave dominion over to men. In the beginning man was to use words to maintain this natural world. When man fell with Adam’s sin he was rejected from the supernatural realm, he had to toil in the world created by the Word. God immediately made a provision for man to be restored to his former glory. God would find men who would believe Him and He would tell them what His plan of restoration would be.

Amos 3:7  Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but He reveals His secret unto His servants the prophets.

Following the chain of command, God speaks to the prophets and the prophets speak to the believers. Then the believers declare and begin to confess what they believe and God confirms His Word.

Job 22:28 Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

So what do we decree? Whatever we want! Do we want what we deserve or what God says we can have? Whenever we see or hear a prophecy and we get a witness in our spirit, that’s when we begin to declare it. How long do we decree a thing? Until it becomes flesh or tangible.

Isaiah 42:19 Who is blind, but My servant? or deaf, as My messenger that I sent? who is blind as he that is perfect, and blind as the LORD'S servant?

God was speaking to His covenant people through the prophets, but they would not hear Him. They were capable of hearing but they gave no attention to the Lord. Consequently they were not speaking what He wanted them to speak. He wanted them to say “restore” but they did not give themselves to the Spirit. Isaiah had to rebuke the people before God could reveal His secrets to their prophet. Because He gave them authority, He needed their cooperation. He needed them to decree His will over the nation.

Over the span of a year three men gave Jerry Savelle the same prophetic word. Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagin, and Oral Roberts all told Brother Jerry that he would be called into the ministry of the seer. They told him he would be shown things to come and he would be responsible to reveal those things to the body of Christ. Brother Jerry gave a word to the church on July fourth, 2014.

When God begins to  manifest Himself in person and with an increase of His supernatural power, we call that His Glory. So now what do we do? What’s our part in this prophecy? If we believe Brother Jerry is a man of God, then we must begin to decree and declare His glory. We must make provision in our prayer life to speak the Glory from Word to manifestation.

    PRAYER FOCUS
    TAKING INVENTORY

We are about to embark on the greatest adventure and outpouring of God’s Spirit! This month the Holy Spirit is asking us to examine ourselves/take           inventory so as God’s Vessels we can take our part and place in the Body of Christ!

    Scriptures to meditate on:

Hebrews 12:1 Therefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily besets us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.

Psalm 26:4 Lord you can scrutinize me. Refine my heart and probe my every thought. Put me to the test and you will find it is true.

2 Cor 10:6 It is written, and having a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

1 Peter 4:17 For judgement begins at the household of God; and if it begins with us, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God?

Psalm 139: 23, 24 Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me of unbelief and lead me in the way everlasting.

2 Timothy 2:4 No soldier when in service gets entangled in the enterprises of (civilian) life: his aim is to satisfy and please the one who enlisted him (God)! DO ALL FOR THE GLORY OF GOD!
